1/23/2008 Cardio Workout

Tonight was an easy run on the treadmill. I really didn’t feel like working out tonight, but when Kathy came home she convinced us both to go to the gym. I tried my best to blend into the couch under the blanket but I guess she saw me. Here is tonight’s run:
